These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, online booking system, and the purchase and delivery of our residential and commercial cleaning services (including duct, furnace, HRV, dryer vent, and central vacuum cleaning).

By accessing our website or booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or book our services.

1. Services and Scope of Work

​

Aero Clean Duct Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning for HVAC systems, dryer vents, and central vacuums in Calgary and surrounding areas.

   • Package Inclusions: The specific inclusions of our "Basic Package," "Premium Package," or add-on services are detailed on our booking page. It is the customer's responsibility to review what is included before booking.

      • Service Alterations: If our technicians arrive on-site and determine that the scope of work requires additional labor, equipment, or handling due to unforeseen structural issues or system sizes (e.g., extra vents beyond the package limit), we will provide an updated verbal or written quote before proceeding.

2. Bookings, Pricing, and Payments

We utilize Wix for scheduling and Square for secure payment processing.

   • Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST). Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the price active at the time of booking.

     • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a deposit or pre-payment was collected during the online Wix/Square checkout process. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods supported by Square.

     • Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that plans change. We request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of $50 or the forfeiture of any booking deposit.

3. Customer Responsibilities & Home Access

​

To ensure a safe, efficient, and thorough cleaning process, the customer agrees to the following responsibilities:

    • Access to Equipment: The customer must provide clear, unobstructed access to the furnace, all air vents, registers, HRV units, and dryer utility vents. Our technicians are not responsible for moving heavy furniture, delicate items, or hazards blocking access.

   • Utility Availability: The customer must ensure that active electricity and water utilities are available at the property during the entire service appointment.

    • Safety of Pets and Children: For safety reasons, pets and children must be kept clear of the work area, hoses, and heavy machinery while the technicians are performing the service.

 

 

4. Pre-Existing Conditions & Limitation of Liability

While our technicians take the utmost care with your home and HVAC system, duct and furnace cleaning involves high-powered vacuum pressure, compressed air, and mechanical agitation.

     • Pre-Existing Wear and Tear: Aero Clean Duct Cleaning Services is not liable for the breakage or failure of pre-existing old, brittle, rusted, or improperly installed HVAC components, ductwork, vents, or furnace parts.

    • System Failures: We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical failures of furnaces, thermostats, or HRV units that occur naturally due to age or wear during a standard, compliant cleaning routine.

      • Dryer Vents: For dryer vent cleaning, we are not liable for hidden, brittle plastic or foil venting that tears due to sub-standard builder installation hidden within walls.

     • Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law in Alberta, the total cumulative liability of Aero Clean Duct Cleaning Services for any claims, damages, or losses arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific service appointment.

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, graphics, and images displayed on aerocleanservices.ca are the intellectual property of Aero Clean Duct Cleaning Services and are protected by Canadian copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without explicit written permission.

6. Governing Law

​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be handled exclusively within the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
