At Aero Clean Duct Cleaning Services, we take immense pride in the quality of our work. Our goal is to ensure you are entirely satisfied with our residential and commercial cleaning services (duct, furnace, HRV, dryer vent, and central vacuum cleaning). Because we provide a service rather than a physical product, our refund policy is governed by our workmanship guarantee and cancellation guidelines outlined below.

1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (Workmanship Warranty)

We want you to feel confident choosing Aero Clean. While we do not offer automatic cash refunds once a service has been successfully completed, we back our labor with a dedicated workmanship warranty.

     • 48-Hour Reporting Window: If you notice any issues, missed vents, or are genuinely unsatisfied with the quality of our cleaning, please contact us at (403) 390-5339 within 48 hours of your service appointment.

       • Free Remediation (Re-Cleaning): If the issue falls within our agreed scope of work, we will send our technicians back to your property to inspect and re-clean the problematic areas at zero additional cost to you.

          • Partial or Full Refunds: If we return to your property and are completely unable to resolve the issue to standard, a partial or full refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Aero Clean management.

 

 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

When you book an appointment via our Wix scheduling system, that time slot is exclusively reserved for you. Last-minute cancellations prevent other Calgary homeowners from getting their systems serviced.

   • Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment modifications (rescheduling).

      • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time may be subject to a $50 late fee or the forfeiture of any online booking deposit.

    • No-Shows: If our technicians arrive at your property at the scheduled time and cannot gain access to the home within 15 minutes, the appointment will be deemed a "No-Show." No-shows are subject to a $50 service trip fee to cover fuel and labor costs.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

​

Aero Clean Duct Cleaning Services will not issue refunds or free re-cleans under the following circumstances:

      • Pre-Existing System Issues: Airflow issues caused by mechanical breakdowns, broken furnace parts, faulty thermostats, or clogged filters that were present prior to our arrival.

     • Lack of Utilities: If we arrive at the property and are unable to complete the service because the home lacks active electricity or water.

     • Incorrect Bookings: If a customer selects a "Basic Package" but possesses a home that requires a "Premium Package" (due to square footage or number of vents) and refuses the necessary upgrade on-site, the service call trip fee remains non-refundable.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

If management approves a full or partial refund for a service or a cancelled booking deposit:

       • All refunds are processed through our payment gateway, Square.

     • Refunds will be credited directly back to the original credit card, debit card, or mobile wallet (Apple Pay/Google Pay) used during checkout.

     • Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
